Candy Martin, a 38-year veteran of the U.S. Army, will address the audience at the Women Veterans Day celebration at the Hill Country Veterans Center on Saturday, June 17. Martin is also a Gold Star Mother.
A blend between two events has resulted in an event that honors women veterans for their contributions in service to the country.
