In the hands of Kelly Rayner with Last Chance Forever Birds of Prey Conservancy is a screech owl. This along with a number of other birds of prey were used Wednesday to help educate people about their importance to our environment.
On Wednesday morning, the Cailloux Theater in Kerrville came alive with birds of prey.
