Our Brand Story
B & K Builds is the brainchild of Brandon Parker and Khalid Arafeh, two childhood friends with a shared passion for construction. Since their high school days working summer construction jobs, Brandon and Khalid dreamed of creating a community akin to Ross Bridge, where residents could live, work, and play all in the same area.
Brandon, entering the construction field at 21, quickly advanced, obtaining his builder’s license in 2014. Khalid, after completing his Civil Engineering degree and an MBA from UAB, gained extensive experience in customer service and business management. Together, they founded B & K Builds, turning their lifelong dream into reality.
Their commitment to excellence and community engagement is evident in every project, where they strive not just to build houses, but to foster lasting relationships, turning clients into lifelong friends. This personal touch and dedication to their craft are what set B & K Builds apart, as they continue to build innovative, client-focused projects that enhance communities.
