Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us to know whether you can request a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

Worthington Farms does not offer returns of sold items for any reason whatsoever. Due to the nature of the products, for any purchases you make, you may not hold us liable for taking your order back regardless of its condition.

However, we do offer refunds on the off-chance that products may be damaged on arrival. Our policy for processing such refunds is as below.

Refunds

We may take some time to assess the nature of your refund, to prevent fraudulent requests. Additionally, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be offered for:

  • Requests made for any reason other than damaged products
  • Items not stored in optimal conditions
  • Items received more than 7 days before the refund request
