Replacement Policies

Worthington takes pride in offering high-quality farm-raised beef to our customers.

However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request supporting documentation or photos to assist with the evaluation process.

Once your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for the replacement beef to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

The conditions for replacement are as follows:

  • Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The beef must be kept in accordance with our recommended storage guidelines to qualify for replacement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests that do not meet our criteria or are deemed to be fraudulent.

Refunds/Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer or accept returns. However, if a replacement is not feasible or preferred, we may offer a refund per our refund policy for the affected items. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
