Order Cancellation Policy

The Worthington Order Cancellation Policy

At Worthington Farms, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, as a meat supplier, our operations involve significant upfront costs, including sourcing, processing, and logistics. Therefore, cancellations impact our ability to cover these expenses and maintain the quality of our services.

Deposit and Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your order, the following cancellation charges will apply:

15-29 days before delivery – 30% of total order cost

7-14 days before delivery – 50% of total order cost

6 or fewer days before delivery – 80% of total order cost

48 hours or fewer before delivery – 100% of total order cost or deposit if greater.

Tailor-Made Orders

Tailor-made orders may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to applicable clients upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation Procedure

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who placed the order.

During and After Delivery:

  • Once delivery has commenced, refunds may be issued per the refund policy.
  • Any alterations to the order or early departure from the agreed-upon terms will be at the customer’s expense and liability.
  • Customers are required to communicate in writing to Worthington Farms the reason for any alterations or early departure from the order.
