Our Grandfather, Alfonso Calabrese, immigrated to the United States in 1910 and started Simplex in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 1933. In 1953, our fathers, Angelo and Tony, upon returning from service in the Korean war, opened stores in Ozone Park and Middle Village, Queens. Our showroom and office of operation today continues to run exclusively out of the Middle Village location. We have been part of the Middle Village Community for a very long time and were truly honored when the The Middle Village Chamber of Commerce recognized Simplex in 2007 for over 50 years of service in the community.

We have been in business for so many years not only because of our commitment and quality, but because of you, the customer.
