How long does it take for my order to be sent ?

All our products are made to order and carefully assembled after receiving your order. Order processing time is usually around 2-3 days and we ship your orders right to your door afterwards.

We offer free shipping in UK for all orders and to other locations such as Europe, US and Canada shipping cost is flat 15 GBP (EUR 17.50 , USD 20.00)

Any issues with your order ?

Our return policy is very simple, even though we do our best to keep our successful delivery rate of above 96-98% , issues rarely occur and we are always here to fix them as quickly as possible. All you need to do is to notify us together with supporting photos of the product and the boxes it has arrived in. For any damaged product, wrong design, or incorrect size product we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. We would like you to have the greatest shopping experience at every stage on our website.
