Independent Director
Priya Almelkar is Sr VP and CIO at Wolfspeed Inc, a leader in silicon carbide semiconductor manufacturing. She has over 20 years of experience leading core IT functions across a variety of verticals, including telecommunication, retail, semiconductor manufacturing, and brings deep expertise in implementing large-scale digital transformations. Priya started as a server engineer moving into technical project management, and eventually building IT security and PMO organizations from the ground up. She is passionate about driving innovation and leading change. She was recognized with a STEP Ahead award for leadership in manufacturing and has partnered with MIT for podcasts on Analytics in Cloud. Priya graduated from Oklahoma State University in Management Information Systems and has been continuing her learning passion through management trainings at Northwestern University and Wharton Business School.

Known for multiple highly cost effective and successful full cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HCM and EPM with emphasis on Enterprise Change Management and improving the bottom line of businesses. Characterized as a transformational leader committed to streamlining processes, reducing downtime, reducing costs and empowering highly motivated technology teams to reach their full potential. Michael brings a unique blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills to his role as an executive leader in the software industry. With over 16 years of experience in accounting, software development, and Oracle systems, Mike is a seasoned professional equipped to drive growth and success. Educated at Central Washington University, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in accounting with minors in Mathematics and Economics. His certifications include Oracle Database SQL Expert and Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist. Mike's strengths lie in leading teams, managing projects, and mastering various programming languages and tools. His well-rounded background in both technical and financial aspects position him as an invaluable asset to Advaint. Akash Arora
Head of Operations MCC India (Our India Partners)
Akash is a partner at MCC and is responsible for building marketing strategy across MCC. His company MCC is operating since the year 1975 and is one of the few companies in the world to have a Fortune 100 Indian customer for more than 40 years. Also they are partners with TCS and CMC. He is incharge of building markets for Oracle ERP, Web Application, Mobile Application, EBook Creation, Digitization and Examination. Most of the time is spent in analyzing and evaluating new marketing channels for growth. He is also involved in vision building exercise with top management. Akash has also built a practice of identifying needs of different verticals and presenting them solutions appropriately.He has proactively built alliances with partners and is responsible for bringing business worth 100k+. Akash has already identified IOT as future focus for MCC and is also responsible for marketing " Sales Performance Tracking Application" our flagship product. Karen K.

Holding an MBA from Regis University, her career has been highlighted by key roles at companies like Karbon Solutions, where she directed transformative projects for notable clients including McDonald's and TTEC. Her expertise encompasses guiding the vision and development of data-driven products, enhancing enterprise governance, and leading major technology rollouts that significantly grow revenue. Formerly a stunt person, her unique background in performing under pressure uniquely positions her to slay the dynamic challenges of the tech industry with a creative and analytical approach.
