Sun Gathering House is only a 2-4 minute stroll to The Oasis Club, the community area where you can find a lazy river, water slide, pool, and splash area. Cool off with a cold drink at the Tiki Bar or find something to eat for everyone.

Since you are a short drive to Disney World, 2 exits to World Drive and 6 exits to Epcot Center Drive and World Center Drive, you are right in the middle of the action.

Only 20 minutes to Sea World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios Orlando.

What To Expect

The Place For You

Check out all the amenities we offer from the must haves such as plenty of towels, kitchen and bathroom needs, washer and dryer and free wifi, to some extras such as heated pool, movie room, video game room, themed bedrooms, and flat screen TV’s in each bedroom.

There are 2 pack and plays, 2 high chairs, and 2 dining booster seats, plus the little ones get their very own dining room table.

There is a game room with not one but three Xbox consoles and TV’s as well as an air hockey table. Our kids enjoy the house so much they hardly want to leave.

Your home is impeccably decorated with a relaxing look that says Welcome Home! There is a fully equipped kitchen and memory foam mattresses for the perfect sleep after an active or relaxing day.

The heated pool and spill over spa are relaxing and fun and are surrounded by ample lounge chairs and covered lanai table seating.

Want to get your grill on, go ahead, there is a propane grill for you to showoff your grilling talents.

And don’t forget The Oasis Club just a short stroll away where there is a heated lazy river, a water slide, a splash area, a large zero-entry pool, Tiki Bar, dining, and gym (And yes entry is INCLUDED in your stay).

We take pride to make sure that this is the perfect place for you to make your own family memories, which, let's be honest, are the most important thing we have, the memories we make. Your family and your memories are very important to us. We will do everything possible to make them Magical. And when considering your choice for your vacation home, please consider that the things we include, such as pool heat, grill use, Community Pool/lazy River access, and basic staples like detergent, soaps, and shampoos are all included with us and without extra charges. This home comes kid-approved. Just ask our children.

A Few House Rules

No smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco.
Minimum age to book is 25.
We do not accept bookings within 14 days of arrival.
All guests must sleep in a bed. No sofa, floor, or chair sleeping please. Bunk Beds are not for adults.
No parties or events. The owner reserves the right to ask guests to leave premises without refund in the event of property misuse.
All windows and exterior doors MUST remain closed, even in milder weather for air conditioning units and pest control to work efficiently.
When initial deposit is made, please provide a scanned or photographed copy of a valid government issued ID with a name and address that matches the payment method. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation.
A welcome email will be sent to you about 2 weeks prior to stay that will include address, directions, gated community entry instructions, home entry instructions and other information that may be useful to you and your family.
All accommodation is booked exclusively for the booker and family in the home for the number of persons indicated for the dates reserved and cannot be sublet, shared, or reassigned.
Primary renter (25 or older) must be a guest in the home during the entire stay.
Rates are subject to two additional charges, a one-time $350 cleaning fee and 13.5% local sales tax.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings within 60 days of arrival need to be paid in full at time of booking. Non-payment of balance will result cancellation of reservation.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
Parking of RV’s (sorry Goernike’s), campers, or trailers in the driveway of the home or anywhere in the development is not permitted by the local Homeowners Association.
Consider travel insurance to cover yourself in the unforeseen need to cancel your reservation.
Liabilty-David Schroeder, Belinda Schroeder, and Meadow Sun Properties FL LLC cannot accept liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by any guest or visitor to the house, grounds, or pool/spa, or for any loss or damage caused to any possessions brought on property. Without any restrictions, the above named also shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guests’ stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utilities such as water, electric, gas, cable, internet, or air conditioning. We will make every effort to respond and minimize any disruption caused during your rental period.
Additional Info-By booking this property you agree to the terms and Conditions Stated above and below. Failure to provide a valid government issued ID that matches will result in cancellation of the reservation. All accommodation is booked exclusively in this home for the number of persons showing on the reservation for the dates reserved, and the accommodation cannot be sublet, shared, or reassigned. No other persons may use the accommodation. Reservations require a non-refundable damage insurance fee per day. This covers accidental damages up to $500. Accidental damages exceeding $500 for repairs and or replacement will be charged to you as an additional fee. Any INTENTIONAL damages regardless of cost will be charged to you. Please report any damages immediately so that arrangements can be made for quick repairs or replacement. PETS are not permitted. Failure to observe this rule will result in an additional $500 charge and may also result in removal from property without refund. Smoking is not allowed in the home, on the grounds, or outside on the Lanai or around the pool. Failure to observe this rule discovered either during your stay or on departure WILL RESULT in $500 charge and if discovered during your stay will result in being asked to leave the property without refund. All guests must sleep in a bed. No sofa, chair, or floor sleeping. Bunk Beds are not to be used by adults. Without any restrictions, David Schroeder, Belinda Schroeder, and Meadow Sun Properties FL LLC shall not be liable or held responsible for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guests’ stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utility supplies such as water, electricity, gas, cable, internet, or air conditioning as well as damage or loss of any property or food stuffs related to such failures. We will make every effort to respond to and minimize any disruption during your rental period within our control. Cancellation – Cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival will result in refund of 100% of monies previously paid. Cancellation between 30 and 60 days of arrival will result in refund of only 50% of the total cost of the reservation. Cancellation within 30 days of scheduled arrival will result in no refund.

We know that our home is already the happiest vacation home on earth. However, in the near future we may be making some tweaks here and there to add value to your stay.
