Refund Policy

Welcome to Lombard Appliance Repair. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are given and the process for obtaining a refund.

Scope and Acceptance of This Policy

This Refund Policy is integral to the Terms and Conditions you agree to when using our services. The relationship between you, the Customer, and Lombard Appliance Repair, the Company, is governed by these terms. Before using our services, please ensure you understand these terms thoroughly.

Diagnostic Service

Our diagnostic service assesses the condition of your appliance. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable as it covers the initial assessment regardless of the repair outcome. By ordering a diagnostic service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation of Parts Orders

If parts are ordered during a service visit and you choose to cancel the order, a fee of 30% of the part’s cost plus $30 for shipping and handling will be retained by Lombard Appliance Repair. This fee covers the expenses incurred from the cancellation. You may cancel your order without consequences within 15 minutes after the order is placed.

Repairs and Labor Charges

Once a repair is completed and confirmed by both the technician and the customer, the repair is considered complete, and the charges for labor are non-refundable. This policy ensures that services provided are compensated unless otherwise impacted by warranty conditions.

Misdiagnosis

If you believe our diagnosis was incorrect, please retain your receipt and provide an invoice from another service provider who indicates a different issue. Upon confirmation of a misdiagnosis, we will initiate a refund for the service in question.

Warranty Service

We offer a three-month warranty on repairs. If the original issue recurs within this period, the warranty will cover the necessary repairs. However, if a warranty visit is rejected or if a different issue arises, we cannot refund any costs associated with the initial repair.

Non-repairable Equipment and Unavailable Parts

In cases where parts are unavailable or the equipment is non-repairable, we will not be liable for delays or inability to complete the repair. If a part cannot be obtained at a reasonable cost or within a reasonable time frame, we will notify you of the alternatives.

Violation of Terms

If there is a violation of our terms, we will attempt to contact the customer via phone or email before taking action, which may include suspension or termination of services.
