Welcome to Lombard Appliance Repair. We stand behind our repair services by offering you a robust warranty policy designed to provide peace of mind and ensure your satisfaction.
Following the completion of any repair, a warranty is issued, covering the work for a period of three months. Should any breakdown occur within this timeframe due to the same issue we initially addressed, please contact us immediately to facilitate further actions.
The warranty includes several specific guidelines and exclusions:
The warranty exclusively covers the parts replaced by Lombard Appliance Repair during the initial repair. It does not extend to other parts of the appliance, even if they subsequently fail.
The warranty is void once it expires, and no claims can be made post-expiration.
The warranty does not cover:
To minimize costs, we strive to repair appliances without replacing parts. If a recurring problem necessitates the purchase of a replacement part after the initial repair, this subsequent issue is not covered under the original warranty.
If you experience a problem during the warranty period, contact us immediately. This allows us to address the issue promptly and under the terms of the warranty.
Our technicians will assess whether the reported issue is covered under the warranty. This assessment will determine the appropriate course of action, whether a repair or a part replacement.
Any damages or malfunctions caused by external factors, such as misuse, external damage, or unapproved modifications, will void the warranty.
