Fee Schedule
NVR Staffing's rate is based on a percent of a placed candidates’ first year’s anticipated income.
NVR Staffing requests that all positions be exclusively assigned to our search practice.
Guarantee
If an applicant leaves your employment for a reason other than downsizing, within the applicable guarantee period, we will undertake to obtain suitable replacement candidates for the same specific position. The Guarantee must be used within one year of the candidate’s date of departure.
If the candidate leaves within the first six months of employment, we will offer a one hundred (100) percent credit toward replacement
PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLLY THE GUARANTEE WILL ONLY APLLY IF:
- Payment is made within 30 days of the hired candidate’s start date.
- NVR staffing Targeted Recruiters notified in writing within 7 days of the candidate’s leaving date. The guarantee credit must be used within twelve months of the date of issuance.
